Whole Foods Market is seeking a Produce Team Member in Illinois to support receiving, prepping, and stocking the Produce floor. The role emphasizes friendly customer service, adherence to health and safety standards, and collaboration with Team Members to maintain high store standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining displays, assisting with seasonal items, monitoring spoilage, and performing opening/closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required.
• Customer service oriented and able to learn quickly.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with food safety standards is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintains fresh, appealing displays by front-facing, stocking, and rotating products.
• Assists in organizing and displaying seasonal items.
• Prevents spoilage and communicates waste to team leaders.
• Completes worksheets on spoilage, temperature, and inventory.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
