Responsibilities

• Cuts fruits and vegetables following safety and sanitation rules.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Cleans department and logs sweep duties.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides courteous customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintains proper prep, storage, rotation and merchandising of products.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Keeps a clean and safe work and shopping environment; maintains equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks signs and pricing for accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
