Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Seattle seeks a Produce Team Member to support receiving and preparing product, maintain the Produce floor and displays, and assist with stocking shelves and fulfilling orders per WFM standards.

Responsibilities include fresh displays, inventory checks, and exceptional customer service while adhering to health and safety regulations. This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to ensure store readiness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fresh and appealing displays; front-face cases and shelves, rotate stock, check codes.
• Assist Team Leader with organizing volume and seasonal items.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and shifts.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation procedures; maintain clean work and shopping environment.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and ensure accurate signage and pricing.
