Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking Team Members for the Produce department to support receiving, preparing, stocking, and displaying products to meet WFM standards. You will help maintain the Produce floor, assist customers, and promote health and safety regulations.

The role requires flexibility to work a varied schedule and the ability to lift heavy items as part of daily duties. You will perform opening, mid, and closing duties, participate in trainings, and contribute to a clean, safe shopping

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean and well stocked with front-facing displays.
• Assists with organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products to maximize sales.
