Responsibilities

• Maintains clean, fresh, and appealing displays; front-faces shelves and checks codes.
• Assists with organizing and displaying seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to stakeholders.
• Completes required worksheets for spoilage, temperature, and inventories.
• Participates in periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time, well-groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Delivers excellent customer service, assists customers, and uses suggestive selling.
• Optimizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains clean working environments.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accurate signage and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and incidents promptly.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by leadership.
