Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred
• Attainment of required local and state food handling certifications, if applicable

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in cash accountability, key control, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume and planning tools.
• Train assigned associates in proper stocking, rotation, and perishables presentation.
• Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and food handling rules.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly.
