Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Brooksville, FL is hiring for a Meat Department Associate. You will weigh, wrap, label, and merchandise fresh and processed meats, assist Members with questions, and help maintain cleanliness and safety across the department.

The role emphasizes fast service, accuracy, and teamwork in a busy retail environment. Previous meat/deli experience and at least 18 years old are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with fresh and processed meats preferred.
• Ability to operate wrapping machines and assist meat cutters.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meat, seafood, and Cheese departments with customer questions and product recommendations.
• Weigh, wrap, label, and package meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Inspect deliveries and maintain stock levels and display cases.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the meat department.
• Support club policies and work across departments as needed.
