Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with fresh and processed meats preferred.
• Knowledge of wrapping machines (automatic/hand).
• Experience in meat/deli department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members by answering questions regarding meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Weigh, package, wrap and label cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Inspect and store meat upon delivery; rotate by expiration dates.
• Keep meat, seafood, prepared foods, and cheese cases fully stocked and clean.
• Follow club policies and procedures; work as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
