Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Member to support the Prepared Foods team by preparing, serving, and stocking a variety of ready-to-eat items while delivering excellent customer service. You will rotate stock, maintain cleanliness, and follow health and safety guidelines on a fast-paced floor.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to engage customers with product knowledge and friendly service, including handling peak shifts and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in department.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, prepares, and serves hot and cold foods such as meats, cheeses, sandwiches, and pizzas.
• Samples products to customers and assists with merchandising.
• Stocks cases, rotates products, and maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
• Reports safety hazards and adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Provides courteous, friendly service and supports team leadership on the floor.
