Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Member for the Prepared Foods team. You will cut, prepare, and serve hot and cold foods, sample products to customers, and stock displays while ensuring freshness and proper rotation.

You will deliver courteous service, follow SOPs, and work as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role requires physical tasks, flexible scheduling, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, prepares, and serves a variety of hot and cold foods including meats, cheeses, sandwiches, burritos, wraps, salad, and pizza.
• Samples products to customers.
• Stocks hot and cold cases and displays with prepared foods from kitchen, walk-in preparation, and refrigerators.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
