The role requires strong product knowledge, ability to follow recipes, and excellent customer service. You will work a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for shifts and adherence to health and safety regulations.

• Ensures items are labeled, dated, covered, and rotated for freshness.
• Monitors food levels and replenishes in a timely manner.
• Arrives on time and participates in required trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly and courteously.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures and Weights & Measures guidelines.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary work area and properly stocked walk-ins and freezers.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accurate signage and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
