Whole Foods Market is seeking a Team Member to support cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars. You will ensure quality, proper labeling, rotation, and sanitation while delivering courteous service to customers and teammates.

Follow recipes, stock, merchandize, and follow health and safety standards in a fast-paced setting. You may lift up to 50 pounds, work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and participate in required trainings.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares food items for the cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars according to production sheets.
• Prepares items according to recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Labels, dates, covers, monitors quality and freshness, and rotates items.
• Monitors levels and replenishes in a timely manner.
• Arrives on time, groomed, dressed; attends required trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including health, sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work/shopping environments; clean walk-ins and freezers.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures signs and pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
