Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items for the cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars according to production sheets.
• Prepares items according to recipe to ensure quality and consistency.
• Labels, dates, covers, and rotates prepared items and monitors freshness.
• Monitors levels and replenishes items in a timely manner.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists customers and team members.
• Maximizes sales via proper prep, storage, and merchandising procedures.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation procedures and quality goals.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work and shopping area; handles equipment safely.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and verifies signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards promptly and performs other duties as assigned.
