The role requires overseeing ordering, safety, daily operations, and merchandising while ensuring accuracy in pricing and quality. Weekend and holiday flexibility is expected; reliable transport is needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in fresh foods management.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Flexible to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel to meet goals and communicate with store management.
• Coach and onboard new team members; schedule staff.
• Engage with customers and provide product information and samples.
• Oversee deli/food service prep and merchandising per guidelines.
