Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead to direct the deli and food service department and its staff to achieve merchandising, sales, and guest service goals. The role involves supervising team members, ensuring food safety, and maintaining product quality across breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings.

The position requires flexibility for weekends/evenings, Serv-Safe certification preferred, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years prior experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in walk-in coolers.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel to meet goals and communicate with store management.
• Schedule on-boarding and coaching of new team members.
• Oversee deli/food service prep, merchandising and guest service.
• Process cash transactions and maintain pricing accuracy.
