Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/Deli Lead to direct all activities in the deli and food service department, guiding staff to meet merchandising, sales and guest service goals.

Responsibilities include supervising team, onboarding new members, scheduling, ensuring food safety compliance, and overseeing prep and merchandising of deli items to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel, meeting goals and communicating with store management.
• On-board, coach, and schedule all new team members.
• Take guest orders and ensure orders are accurate and timely.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Oversee deli/food service prep, display, and merchandising.
• Process cash register transactions and monitor pricing/receipts.
