Stauffers of Kissel Hill is hiring a part-time team member for Mount Joy Fresh Foods. Shifts run 7:45am–4:30pm, 2–4 days per week with flexible weekends. You will bag groceries and assist customers while handling cash transactions.

We offer on-the-job training, weekly pay, and employee discounts; candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and performing basic math for pricing tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Bags Groceries.
• Collects cash, check, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cashtransactions.
• Counts money in cash drawer at beginning and end of work shift.
• Follows procedure for all processes on register systems.
• Gathers and stocks grocery carts in the prescribed manner, where applicable.
• Is knowledgeable regarding Fresh Foods and Home & Garden pricing procedures.
• Promotes special store events, following company procedures.
• Records daily transaction amounts from cash register to balance cash drawer.
• Records prices and departments, subtotals taxable items, and totals purchases on cash register.
• Reviews sales fliers weekly to be aware of advertised specials.

This is a part time position at our Mount Joy Fresh Foods, requiring open day availability, 2-4 days per week, between the hours of 7:45am-4:30pm, and flexible weekends.
