• Lead and coach team to prepare and package fresh items efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safe kitchen operations and sanitation standards.
• Assist Fresh Food Manager with daily tasks and safety protocols.
• Lead team to prepare and package fresh items to meet service standards.
• Manage inventory and place orders to keep stock fresh.
• Coordinate with suppliers and support waste reduction efforts.
• Assist in pricing, promotions, and ensure profitability of the deli.
• Lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
