• Capability to operate deli equipment safely and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting healthy foods and prepare fresh meals.
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, displayed and clean.
• Fill, maintain, and rotate deli products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate slicers, ovens, microwaves and other deli equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary deli area and equipment.
• Receive, inspect and log products for quality and temperature.
