You will handle product preparation, packaging, and displays while providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. The role requires reliability, good communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and grocery/restaurant experience or an acceptable education/experience mix.
• Be dependable and reliable with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork, able to handle flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing healthy foods and prepare fresh and easy meals.
• Provide high-quality service and ensure Deli items are properly prepared, packaged and presented; keep Deli area clean.
• Fill, rotate, and display products; prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment (slicers, ovens, microwaves) following safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the deli area and equipment; log product deliveries for accuracy and quality.
