Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Be dependable and reliable.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication and ability to take directions in a team.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Perform general housekeeping and operate deli equipment safely.
• Adhere to safety, health, and food-handling regulations; Food Handler permit.
• Work in cooler/freezer environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting healthy options and preparing fresh meals.
• Provide high-level customer service and ensure deli items are prepared, packaged, and presented.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain deli displays; ensure cleanliness of the deli area.
• Prepare special orders and party trays; operate deli equipment per standards.
• Receive, inspect, and log product shipments for quality and temperature.
