Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be dependable and reliable.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Lift/carry up to 70 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain a safe deli area.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by preparing fresh and easy meals and guiding healthy choices.
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented with cleanliness.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain displays; prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment following company standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the deli area and equipment; log products and shipments.
