You will operate deli equipment, prepare special orders, rotate products, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. Experience in grocery or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and grocery/restaurant experience or combined education/experience.
• Must be dependable with a friendly attitude and positive interaction with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting healthy options by preparing fresh and easy meals.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure deli items are prepared, packaged, and presented; keep area clean and sanitary.
• Fill, rotate, and display products; prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment (slicer, ovens, microwaves, scales) following standards.
• Maintain clean, safe deli area and equipment; follow safety and sanitation rules.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy and quality.
