• Strong communication skills to engage with guests, leaders and team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Freshness: stock and replenish in the fresh cut department as needed.
• Provide Exceptional Service: assist guests and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure Cleanliness: keep work areas and shelving organized and clean.
• Monitor Quality & Food Safety: maintain quality standards and logs, meet quantity targets.
• Honor Commitments: maintain regular attendance and arrange replacements when needed.
• Support the Team: perform other duties as assigned.
