Job summary

Festival Foods is hiring a Fresh Cut Clerk in Fond du Lac, WI. You will ensure the fresh cut department stays stocked with appealing fruit and veggie platters, assist guests, and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires reliable attendance and ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with opportunities for part-time or full-time schedules. You will work closely with the Produce Department Manager to deliver fresh products for daily life and special occasions, while upholding

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to engage with guests, leaders, and retail team in a fast-paced setting.
• Safety awareness with knowledge of safety policies, lifting techniques, and cutter safety.
• Proficiency in using equipment such as power jacks, walk-behind lifts, WAVs, balers, and compactors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate stock levels in the fresh cut department to meet demand.
• Deliver outstanding guest service, help shoppers find items, and resolve issues.
• Contribute to cleanliness by organizing and sanitizing areas, shelves, and floors.
• Maintain food safety logs and meet quantity expectations by 10 am and 5 pm.
• Maintain regular attendance and provide notice to arrange replacements when needed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
