Job summary

Festival Foods in Marshfield, WI is hiring a Produce Clerk and Floral Clerk on a part-time basis. You will ensure fresh produce is stocked, greet guests, and assist with floral displays to help our community shop confidently.

Reporting to the Produce Department Manager, you’ll maintain stock, rotate items, keep areas clean, and support the team during busy periods. Schedule is 28 hours per week or less, including varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Knowledge of perishable foods and food safety practices is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to assist items, take orders, and resolve questions.
• Maintain stock levels and display products according to store standards.
• Rotate stock using FIFO to ensure freshness.
• Keep the sales floor and coolers clean and safe.
• Assist with produce and floral departments as needed.
• Attend shifts on a part-time schedule, including weekends.
