Festival Foods in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Fresh Cut Clerk to join our Produce team. The part-time role focuses on maintaining freshness, serving guests, and upholding safety standards in a busy retail environment.

You will report to the Produce Department Manager/Fresh Cut Manager, assisting with stock, cleanliness, and quality checks while working closely with a team. This position offers weekly pay and opportunities to grow within a community-focused Wisconsin grocer.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and hygiene practices.
• Experience handling equipment like power jacks and lifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels in the fresh cut department and replenish products as needed.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep the department clean and organized.
• Monitor food safety logs and meet quantity targets by 10 am and 5 pm.
• Attend shifts as scheduled and arrange coverage when absent.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
