The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficient operation of produce equipment, with a focus on maintaining fresh offerings and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests, leaders, and team in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of safety policies and proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks and lifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Freshness: keep stock levels in the fresh cut department, monitor sales floor and cooler conditions, restock as needed.
• Provide Exceptional Service: assist guests, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure Cleanliness: keep the department clean and organized, sanitize areas and shelving.
• Monitor Quality & Food Safety: log quality checks and meet quantity targets by 10 am and 5 pm.
• Honor Commitments: maintain regular attendance and arrange replacements when needed.
• Support the Team: perform other duties as assigned.
