Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate stock levels in the fresh cut department.
• Provide outstanding guest service and resolve concerns.
• Ensure cleanliness of the department.
• Monitor food safety logs and meet daily quantity targets at 10am and 5pm.
• Attend schedule and arrange replacements.
• Support the team with other duties.
