Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to SquareTrade clients regarding policy coverage and protection plans.
• Manage high-volume inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on high-quality service.
• Assist policyholders with claim initiation, status updates, and required documentation.
• Resolve complex insurance-related concerns with empathy, accuracy and efficiency.
• Educate customers on benefits of insurance coverage to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM while adhering to data privacy and insurance regulations.
