Job summary

French Selection is seeking a fluent French Export Sales Support professional in Andover to liaise with customers and dealers from the UK and overseas. You will manage accounts, assist with quotations, and coordinate international orders.

You will handle logistics and documentation, working with the export sales team to support growth. Strong MS Office and excellent communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken French is essential.
• Experience in export sales support, internal sales admin or account management.
• Strong communication with customers/dealers by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from customers and dealers by phone and email providing outstanding service.
• Manage internal accounts and become a key point of contact.
• Support the sales process from quotation through to orders.
• Be responsible for logistics, shipping documentation and international orders.
• Grow the export business by collaborating with the wider team.
• Coordinate internal part orders with US operations.
• Manage customer and sales information using CRM/ERP systems.
• Provide support to the international team as needed.
