Job summary

Flexera, a leader in Hybrid ITAM and FinOps, is looking for a Customer Success Manager (French-speaking) to own strategic engagements with large Enterprise customers deploying multiple Flexera solutions from Cloud to On-Premises.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, translate complex technical concepts for C-level executives, renew contracts, identify expansion opportunities, and maximize product adoption while managing escalations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English.
• Background in software asset management or customer success.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and Gainsight.

Responsibilities

• Manage top Enterprise customers across Flexera solutions from Cloud to On-Premises.
• Lead value-based conversations to renew contracts and drive expansion.
• Identify churn risk and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align resources.
• Translate technical details into executive language for stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of Flexera products and handle escalations.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Provide enablement plans for Customer Success.
• Lead continuous improvement projects across the company.
