Job summary

Partao is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our growing startup. You will be the main contact for French-speaking customers, handling inquiries and orders while driving B2B sales and optimizing inbound leads.

Proficiency in French (C1) and English (A2) is required, with 3+ years in customer service. Based in Armenia, you will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• French at C1 level (written and spoken)
• English at A2 level or above
• 3+ years of experience in customer service

Responsibilities

• Respond to French customer enquiries by email, phone and ticketing system in a professional and timely manner.
• Support customers with orders, delivery updates, returns and replacements; coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Identify, research and qualify new B2B leads in France; support outbound sales via cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Launch and test new digital lead generation tools; monitor performance and contribute to sales automation workflows.
• Gather insights from French customers and prospects to refine messaging and inform product/marketing strategy.
