Odoo is seeking a Customer Care Associate fluent in English and French to support a broad portfolio of customers from Brisbane, CA. The role emphasizes reactive support, efficient task management, and collaboration with internal teams to elevate the customer experience.

You will develop expertise in Odoo software, share resources, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment with a hybrid onsite/remote arrangement.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong organizational and dependability for workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, adaptable and solution-oriented.
• Basic proficiency with G-Suite apps and standard support tools.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: manage a portfolio of approximately 1,400–1,600 accounts and be the primary contact for inquiries.
• Customer Support: handle administrative requests with speed and accuracy and guide customers to maximize product usage.
• Operational Excellence: meet performance metrics, use tools to manage tasks efficiently, collaborate on complex cases.
• Knowledge Sharing: distribute resources and document insights to improve workflows and customer experience.
