Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (professional or native/bilingual).
• Strong organizational skills and dependable work habits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adaptable in fast-paced, reactive environments.
• Proficiency with G-Suite and customer support tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approx. 1,400–1,600 accounts and provide efficient, reliable support.
• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, focusing on reactive support.
• Handle administrative customer requests with speed and accuracy.
• Provide clear guidance to maximize customer experience with the Odoo product.
• Maintain strong communication and satisfaction throughout interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
