Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of French.
• Experience in social media moderation is required.
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; mirror voice/tone of brands.
• Knowledge of major social platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Moderate digital communities for brands as opportunities arise.
• Interact with users in real-time and engage discussions while troubleshooting.
• Follow clear guidelines and workflows; maintain brand voice across channels.
