Job summary

The Save Mart Companies is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Lucky at Alameda County, Fremont, CA. The ASM partners with the Store Manager to direct daily store operations, lead front-end and center-store teams, and drive service and sales.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and coaching team members, managing schedules and budgets, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining strong customer connections to exceed goals and profitability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates front-end and center-store operations.

• Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation and company policies.
• Leads recruiting, hiring and onboarding of team members.
• Represents the store in the Store Manager's absence as final decision-maker.
• Maintains excellent customer service and customer connections.
