Job summary

The Save Mart Companies is seeking an Assistant Store Manager - Lucky-(Alameda County) to partner with the Store Manager in directing daily store operations. You will lead front-end and center-store teams, manage staffing, training, and coaching, and drive customer-focused service and sales performance.

Responsibilities include planning weekly schedules, monitoring inventory and compliance, and implementing programs to optimize labor and expenses while ensuring high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications
