Job summary

The Save Mart Companies, serving Solano-Napa County under the Lucky banner, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead front-end operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will drive scheduling, training, and performance reviews to meet store goals.

Qualifications

Excellent leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee front-end store operations, cash management, scheduling, and time management training.
Oversee inventory issues with vendors; audit date integrity and product quality.
Coach, direct and evaluate team members; conduct performance reviews.
Lead in-store training programs and develop content for staff development.
Participate in recruiting; lead interviews, hiring and onboarding.
Support Store Manager to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction.
Promote two-way communication and maintain high staff morale.
Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and company policies.
