Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service in our Fairmont, WV store. You will help customers find products, handle transactions, and support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking, maintaining planograms, and promoting our Rewards program and private label cards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Strong cash handling and checkout skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain merchandise recovery and store recovery to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs and SOPs.
