Job summary

This role involves unloading trucks, stocking, merchandising, and participating in omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store. Retail experience is preferred; candidates should be able to stand and lift as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Promote rewards program enrollments and private label cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; manage merchandise returns/go backs.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Assist shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
