Job summary

Kirkland's is seeking a Stock Team Member to support freight flow, backroom organization, salesfloor replenishment, and price changes. The role requires strong organization and a sense of urgency to keep the store well stocked and visually appealing.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, maintaining stockrooms, replenishing shelves, executing markdowns, and upholding brand standards and safety procedures while delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• No experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Energetic and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Able to lift 45 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving merchandise safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and replenish stock on the sales floor.
• Execute markdowns and stock replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales while protecting assets.
• Demonstrate a professional, positive attitude and accountability.
• Respect customers and adhere to dress code and brand standards.
