The position involves responsibilities such as receiving merchandise, maintaining the stockroom, executing markdowns, and replenishing the salesfloor to support profitable sales while protecting company assets.

Qualifications

• No experience required, stock experience preferred.
• Energetic and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Able to lift and move 45 pounds or more.
• Able to climb ladders, stock and retrieve merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the receipt of merchandise in a safe, timely manner.
• Help maintain an efficient stockroom.
• Aid in product assembly, markdowns, and salesfloor replenishment.
• Support driving profitable sales and protecting company assets.
• Stay accountable for personal performance during shifts.
• Treat customers professionally and adhere to dress code.
