Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics required.
• Experience leading or supervising a team strongly preferred.
• Ability to negotiate, persuade, and motivate others.

• Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Discuss shipping needs, transportation options, and pricing with customers to secure freight volume.
• Build and maintain customer relationships for long-term partnerships and account growth.
• Create and maintain account plans, identify opportunities within customer networks, and ensure load entry and shipment details.
• Collaborate with Sales on new business and onboarding of new customers.
• Lead and support a truck load team to ensure freight coverage and execution.
• Manage daily workflow to ensure loads are booked, covered, and tracked on time.
• Escalate issues raised by customers, carriers, or operations; coach and support team members.
• Promote a positive, diverse, and professional team environment.
