Job summary

ATALNT, a growing transportation brokerage, seeks experienced professionals with an active book of business to join its commercial team in Texas. You will help develop new freight opportunities, grow a portfolio of transportation accounts, and expand revenue by nurturing existing relationships.

In this fast-paced brokerage environment, you will collaborate with carriers and operations to deliver effective transportation solutions across FTL, Dry Van, Reefer, Drayage and Intermodal, while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or account management experience within a non-asset freight brokerage environment.
• Experience with carrier sales or brokerage operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of freight pricing, transportation execution, and brokerage processes.
• Knowledge of Full Truckload (FTL), Dry Van, Reefer, Over-Dimensional Freight, Specialized Equipment, Multi-Modal Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new freight opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
• Manage and grow an active portfolio of transportation accounts.
• Expand existing customer business through account development strategies.
• Identify customer needs and provide transportation solutions across FTL, Dry Van, Reefer, Drayage, Intermodal, and Over-Dimensional Freight.
• Develop freight pricing strategies that support customer needs and business profitability.
• Collaborate with Carrier Development and Operations teams to ensure successful freight execution.
