Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or business background.
• Experience with freight audit, payment processes, and KPI reporting.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (SAP/JDE) and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee freight audit and payment providers for NA transportation invoices.
• Ensure timely audit, approval, and payment of invoices across the network.
• Collaborate with operations, carriers, and providers to resolve issues.
• Develop KPIs and use analytics to identify cost savings and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for compliance and finance controls.
