Job summary

Qualifications

1+ years of experience with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
High school or equivalent diploma.
Work 40 hours/week, overtime as required.
Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding carrier and driver experience/solutions in a contact center environment, researching and setting expectations to get trailers/trucks back on track.
Work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to schedules with calls monitored for training/compliance.
Support workload surges and overtime during high-volume peaks.
Use internal systems to gather data for daily execution and reporting (WIMS, FMC, YMS, AAP).
Help write standard work for internal and field teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams; communicate insights to stakeholders.
