Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of freight operations or logistics experience with supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of freight handling processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with WMS and TMS.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise freight handling teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and proper documentation.
• Ensure safety and compliance; oversee inventory control and reporting.
• Liaise with customers and carriers to coordinate movements.
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
