Qualifications

• Knowledge of the LTL/ Transportation Industry.
• Experience managing Drivers and Dockworkers.
• Knowledge of the geographical area surrounding the Service Center.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate freight routing and movement.
• Compile production records and measure conformance.
• Inspect and measure performance of personnel.
• Assist with billing, rating, manifesting of freight.
• Maintain communication with customers.
• Assist with training and evaluation of personnel.
