Responsibilities

• The Freight Dispatcher will be responsible for many aspects of the logistics operations at Sandhills Global.
• They will be the main source of carrier vetting and verification.
• They will onboard all new carriers.
• Frequent communication with carriers, dispatchers and drivers to ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Freight Dispatchers will verify critical shipping paperwork including Bills of Lading, Rate Confirmation, Proof of Delivery, and driver logs.
• This role requires high attention to detail to ensure all freight documentation is completed and received.
• They will ensure strict adherence to DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• The Freight Dispatcher will verify the load pickup and delivery along with this.
• Assume other duties as assigned.

LOCATION: Lincoln, NE

DEPARTMENT: Need a Hauler Department

HOURS: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

(Flexible- some evening and weekend hours required)
